FEATURED PROJECT:

An Grianan Theatre, Letterkenny

We constructed this flagship entertainment venue in Letterkenny back in 1999. The venue plays host to many national and international arts and entertainment events. Construction of this state of the art facility included the 383 capacity auditorium with large stage, changing facilities, canteen, café and bar, and several art exhibition spaces. The building is currently host venue for the annual Earagail Arts Festival, Donegal’s largest arts festival.

FEATURED PROJECT:

Glebe Gallery Churchill, Accessibility Improvement Works

This project for the OPW involved replacement of stone paths with new Mountcharles Sandstone cut paving slabs. Loose gravel was replaced with Nidagravel to provide a rigid surface for disability access. A new wheelchair ramp was installed between the gardens and the main house. This work involved underpinning of and demolition of part of the existing stone wall. Improvements to steps and paths throughout were made. New disabled carparking spaces were formed and the existing driveway was resurfaced. The works were carried out in a phased basis to allow completion of part of the works for a public exhibition.
